Problem with Upgrade.

Hey guys.
I'm trying to upgrade our system from 18.2 to 19.2.
I've copied the 19.2 files over and modified the configs to point to the old database.
On the web side, I can go to the admin folder and load the admin page. When I click on the 'check you installation' link, it will find the php information, but will not do the database check.
It gives the error:
ADONewConnection: Unable to load database driver ''
And of course when you try to look at the main page, it blows up wonderfully.
Any config ideas on why it won't find the database? When I flip it back to our old installation, it works just fine.
