How can we make 'View Issues' sort on STATUS by default?

Hi all.

We've set up Mantis and started getting to grips with it and migrated all our projects. So far, so good. But we have one nagging isssue: we'd like the 'My View' page to sort by status. Currently, every time we change project it will revert back to its default of sorting by the 'Updated' column.

It's easy enough to change the filter options to sort by Status, but is there any way to make this option stick - or save it as a default filter?

Right now, this is hard coded as the default. Please file a feature request at http://bugs.mantisbt.org/ and we can add it to the next release.
