1.00.rc1 : report -> timeout issue

hello,
when I am trying to run a report on a 600+ issues list - the script responds with "server not found" after a while.

http://xyz.com/mantis/print_all_bug_pag ... how_flag=0

I know about 30 seconds timeout for php and replaced the max_execution_time with 120 in php.ini

any pointer would be greatly appreciated...

Are there any errors in the server (apache) error log?
