Urgent questions

Post by miguel »

Dear All,

I’ve some urgent questions:

It’s possible to set priorities for issues per project?
It’s possible to set issues state per project?
Send of email to the user with the issues is assigned when the creation of the issue?

Thanks for your support

Kind Regards Miguel

Urgent questions do not get answered in the Mantis Forums...actually, pretty much no questions ever get answered in the Mantis Forums, unless another User has some idea and decides to share.
It's pretty much a Black Hole of a Forum, really.

1) Yes. This can be done on the Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Configuration Report page. At the bottom is the "Set Configuration Option" section. From there you can define the default_bug_priority configuration for All Users for a specific project to be the integer value of the priority level you want (10 for example would be a priority of None).

2) Not sure what you mean.

3) Yes. On the Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Email notifications page. There are is a "Status changes to 'new' " option. Check the box for it under the " User who is handling the issue " column. You may also need to check the box for the "Email on Change of Handler" option in this same column as I am not sure how the email would be handled if the handler was not assigned when the issue was first created, but was assigned at a later time.
