We've been using Mantis 1.1.1 on Ubuntu for almost a year. We just updated it to version 1.2.0 RC1 and then moved the data to a clean install of ubuntu server and mantis 1.2.0 RC1. Now every time a page loads, it displays a cached version until you refresh. This happens on something simple like the user account preferences and something more involved like updating an issue.
Looking back at the old server where there is now 1.2.0 RC1, there isn't a refresh problem so I'm thinking it probably has to do with apache or php. The server time and timezone is correct. I don't know where else to look. Has anyone run across this before or have any ideas they could share with me? Thanks.

I would compare the config files for apache and php from your 2 servers. You should find a difference for some caching options.
