Mantis 1.1.1 Avatars Available?

Hi,

My company has been using Mantis for a long time now and it just came to me today...
Does Mantis Support having Avatars for it's Individual users?

I checked this on google and it says that it supports avatars... The problem is that i couldnt find any documentation saying WHERE to enable it in the Mantis Management page.

Where exactly in the Administrator account can i enable avatars?
