Somebody help me about de implement rich text to mantis Editor when reporting error?

Somebody know that exists any tool or some php code for add to mantis?

I'm not aware of an existing implementation of what you are looking for.

I think didn't get a correct understanding of the problem...

With the plugins 'Mantis formatting' it is possible to write the issue (or the notes) with standard HTML anchors (<b>, <i>, ...).

You are looking for a user interface to add a text in bold? (without knowing the HTML anchors?)

I got what you meant. However, this is not currently available via the core code / a patch / a plugin. Feel free to add a feature request in the bug tracker.
