Trying to install 1.1.8 (previous version 1.08), I notice Mantis tried to compose emails in French (I am French but).
Where is the setting to manage the language for the email?
I want to switch to English.

Moreover, the French email composition failed when reaching the first accentuated character.
I do not understand what is missing.
But this is a minor issue, I am more interested in getting English automatic mails.

When logged in to MantisBT you should switch the settings of your user account to English.

This setting was already in place: my user interface is in English, but mails still in French.

Meanwhile there is an official 1.2.0 released.
You should use this version and check whether your problem has gone. (there were some changes related to localization)
