How can i disable the informer change status button of issue

well im doing my stuffs with mantisbt and all goes good but
recently i started to make diferent roles so i found the reporters of issues can change the status of the bug

so i want to disable the change status button for the informers only
so i want the informers can register a issue but they must not change the issue state

well after a day playing with the limit workflow i found a READ ONLY ISSUE option so i activate this when the issue get the status of NEW , then i activate the modify issue for the others roles and all goes good
