Plugin: email announcements

Sometimes as an Admin I have to send out emails to a whole bunch of users to notify them about changes, new features, downtimes etc.
These can be posted as news, however sometimes its better to send it out as emails.
The plugin I wrote is capable to send out emails to specific user groups (like Reporters, Developers etc). All the members of the group will recieve
the email. You can also select multiple groups so it is very easy to send emails to all of the users just by simply selecting all of the groups.
It is not project based so all users with the given credentials will recieve the mail.
