Issue workflow for my Mantis installation should be:
1. reporter reports issue
2. updater validates issue. if invalid (e.g. for bad description), updater assigns to reporter for feedback.
3. reporter adds note with better information, and assigns issue back to updater.
4. updater assigns to developer for fixing
5. <regular workflow>
In Manage > Manage Configuration > Workflow Thresholds, i let Reporters Handle Issue, Assign Issue (but not Update an Issue). Reporters cannot see Assign To field next to Monitor button of a particular issue.
I'd like them to assign, but not update any information. Is this possible?
