Emailing to user mail from custom field on report page

Hi All,
This awesome tool is working great in our company.
One thing that will be a big hit if we can generate email to user by taking email I'd on report page.


For example, if reporter gives email I'd on report page in custom field then email notification should go to that email id.
This way outside people from other project/company get benefit also.Monitor by field is great but that need registered user only.
Any suggestions pls how to implement this.
