Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

This has been great tool for bug tracking.

I now have a need to track jobs, tracking them from receiving then right through to completion.

MantisBT has all the base elements I require but I also need the ability to send the jobs via email and sms to engineers. and manage job requirements, restrictions and SLA's plus others.

Has anyone done any customisations that would allow for this? or know of a better way.

Thanks, look like it might help for some aspects.

Thou the more I look at the whole project the more it looking like a fairly big customisation as what I am really looking to do is not linked to bug tracking at all.

Mantis does already have a bunch of stuff I need to, I guess it's a case of slimming it down to the basics then building it back up again. hopefully i can achieve what I'm looking for using the plugins framework
