Add a new property of users?

Here i need a new property of users,so i changed manage_user_create,manage_edit,manage_update...and so on.
But the point is:
How can i add a new property to mantis_user_table?
I need your help,thanks.

You should add it directly in MySQL or via phpMyAdmin.
