Well it really doesn't have all of the information.
What version of Mantis?
What server type (windows or linux)?
What web server?
Do you get that error when you report a bug or/and when you update a bug?

The string $s_Open_bug_title is missing from the language files. These are case sensitive.

Sorry for leaving out some of the info. Here are the answers you need...
What version of Mantis? 1.1.2
What server type (windows or linux)? Windows Server 2003
What web server? IIS 6.0
Do you get that error when you report a bug or/and when you update a bug? When I am trying to update a bug.
