Custom field add time to time tracking issue

Hi everybody, I´m a little confused with that process.

Well, I'm thinking about I have a custom field in the bug_report_page (previously created in Manage -> Manage Custom Fields -> New field type Numeric ) and when you fill all the fields in a new issue also the custom field with the time ( example Time Created issue : 00:10 (minutes)) , then when you'll go to the billing_page the time created the issue appear reflected in that page.


So I don't know what code I have to modify to do that thing, If can any one to help me with that
