All e-mails work - apart from for New Issues

Hello guys,

I've searched on the Forum (and Google) but can't see to fathom why our MantisBT Installation won't e-mail on new Issues.

I have Status changes to 'New' ticked for Devs, Managers and Admins.

All other e-mails work perfectly - but it doesn't send any out for New Issues.

Any ideas? Pasted as much as I can think will help as possible below, let me know if you need anything else.

I did not know that! Dropped it to 8.1.24.

I'll give it a test on this version of PHP.
