Creating Documentation on Existing Plugins - XMLImport - csv-import

Hi,
I've recently come across a demand from a client to import bugs in Mantis.
I found the XMLimport official Plugin and the unofficial csv-import plugin.
What I found surprising is that the XMLImport had absolutely no documentation while it's proposed as a standard on the app.
Didn't I find it or it or just it doesn't exit ?
In the 2nd case, as I've worked for some time on it now, I'm ok to write some documentation that we could put into a README or somewhere else, but I just want the confirmation from people with longer history on Mantis that nothing already exists.

p.s : The csv-import seems however much better documented.

I have not found complete documentation on the XMLImportExport plugin. So additions seem welcome to me.
