How to upgrade 1.1.4 to 1.2.3

Im using wamp
PHP 5.3

If it's PHP 5.3.0 you have to upgrade to 5.3.3 or to downgrade to 5.2.14
There are a lot of bugs in 5.3.0 where MantisBT is also affected

Hi atrol,

Just a question, if the connection restart while I'm doing the upgrade, what will I do?
should I go from the start again?
Get the backup and restore then run again the installation/upgrade

or I can just continue to upgrade.
Go to install/upgrade then wait again.

if I continue, resuming the install/upgrade,
I'm getting this error :

BAD
ALTER TABLE mantis_bug_file_table ADD user_id INTEGER UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT 0
Duplicate column name 'user_id'


Can I just remove 'user_id' filed under mantis_bug_file_table to continue the install/upgrade?
will that got no effect to the upgrade?
