I never thought I would need a phone app for mantis.. but I do. We have a crazy project going on (people working nights and weekends) and literally I find myself spending days in airports when developers need feedback ASAP through mantis. I need to be able to respond within the hour when on trains, between meetings, driving to my next location (cough cough).

I have an HTC EVO4G and hitting the mantis site (which is not optimized for phone viewing) is very painful. So I'm desperately searching for an android PHONE app that lets me do most things that a normal developer would.

- Select change projects (we have over 200)
- Submit issues (with uploads)
- Reply to issues
- Re-assign issues
- Change status, priority
- Filter issue lists
- Search for issue ID


http://www.futureware.biz/mantiswap/ seems to offer a lot of this, but not quite all that I need. Plus, the UI seems to be too basic to be terrifically useful.

That said, an HTML5, phone-optimized variant of the mantis site would be fine if it did the things above. Not trying to be whiner, but just wishing there was a better phone solution.

I'd really appreciate it if Mantis have a mobile version for iPhone. This will come handy for me considering that I travel a lot and barely have time to use a laptop or a PC.
