Close A ticket when reporting

I want to give my reporters the ability to set the status to Closed when they report it. We have many issues that are reported that are resolved when reported, how can my users set the ticket status to closed when the report the ticket?

After adding the following line to config_inc.php reporters are able to close the bugs they reported, after they're marked resolved.
$g_allow_reporter_close = ON;
