I'm using Mantis 1.1.6, and I'm quite confused on just what issue relationships are for. I can set issue A to have a relationship with issue B, where the relationship can be "parent of", "child of", "duplicate of", "has duplicate" or "related to". But, what's the point? Is it just for user information, or does it actually have functionality? For instance, can I set one issue to be derived from several others, so that once all the others are resolved it will automatically be resolved? Or, can I prevent the single issue from being resolved before all the other issues are resolved?

(There doesn't seem to be anything about this in the manuals...)
