downloads from sourceforge are empty?

I have been trying to get mantis. the downloads i get from sourceforge are empty. well.. there are some .cvs files but thats it.. shouldn't i be getting more? or do I have to have cvs to download them?
i'm using IZarch to unzip and decompress the downloads.
