SourceIntegration plugin

I'm about to install the SourceIntegration plugin, but all sources tell me I need to get it at git.mantisforge.org. However, this website seems to be down. Does anyone know if this is a temporary situation, or long term? If long term, is there any info out there on integrating SVN (on an apache server) with Mantis 1.2.1 (on a Windows XP machine)? It seems that I need to install the sourceintegration plugin, but it appears to be unavailable. Thanks!
