bugtracker.mantis_user_table error

Hi all, when i try to connect mantis via http://servername/mantis i obtain the following error: Application error #401 Error received from database was #1146. Table 'bugtracker.mantis_user_table' doesn't exists ...
How it can be possible ? i think the installation of the binary would create the tables its need ... i'm using debian testing with apache2 and mantis 0.19.4-2
