Hi all,

I'll describe the situation here:

I want persons to be able to report issues for other users.

So: I want to create an issue within Mantis for my colleague and THEREFORE want to directly change the 'reporter' field to the name of my colleague.
This, instead of FIRST creating the issue at my name (as a reporter) and afterwards changing the reporter back to my colleague.

My question: How is this possible?

anyone with idea's if this is possible or not?

I had the same need.
What i did was to create a custom field called "found by" so I track the info there.This approach is as klunky as it is useful.
If someone else has a better solution please dont hesitate to chime in.
