Mantis Not Running

Hi
We have 1.2.2 running on our server. It ran fine, but all of a sudden it has stopped.
We look at the source and it just displays:

Nothing helps, our host is washing their hands of it - claiming its Mantis at fault not their server. Is this something anyone else has experienced? Is there a setting we need to change??
