View attachment in same windows

I have mantis 1.1.8 and it work fine.
When i click on the attach it opened in same windows and i can see it.
I installed test mantis 1.2.2 and try to open attach - when i click to attach browser open windows with 2 proposal - save or open.
What i need to change to open attach in same windows in mantis 1.2.2.
