Hide "assigned" to reporters

Is there a way or a hack for the "assigned" names to be hidden to reporters? We assign reporter status to clients, and we would like the developer names to be invisible to them.
This should be handled by the $g_view_handler_threshold configuration. However, this is only implemented at the moment for email notifications. You will need to add the handling for the view, view advanced, update, update advanced, print, view issues, csv.
