Hi,

we use the oldest version 1.2.3 and we are logged as administrator.

How we can change reporter of the ticket? Edit button is not accessable.
We are not able to change (edit) assigned reporter. Why? Edit button is not accessable.

Can you give me any advice?
(I can send you attachment if you want, but I can not upload.)

Just to be sure that we are talking about the same "Edit" functionality
Step 1: Click on "Edit" button (left from "Assign to") -> a new page is opened
Step 2: Click on [Edit] (right from the name of the reporter)

Do you fail in step 1 or 2 ?

Step 1 is OK - New page is opened.

Step 2: word [Edit] is not editable. I can not click on the edit.

Did you disable JavaScript?

I have allowed active script directly in tools of IE8.

Shall I change some tools directly in Mantis?

Did you activate this option for Internet Zone ?
I tested IE8 without any issue, when deactivating Active Scripting I get your problem.

I have this option in IE8 tools: Active scripting - Enable, but the problem continues.

We found some error at the botton of the browser.

Same symptomps as on screenshot.

We have no special plugins in Firefox. We also try Opera, IE 8 and there is same problem. How to solve it in 1.2.3?

we have installed only this plugins (Mantis 1.2.3):

MantisBT Core 1.2.3
MantisBT Formatting 1.0a

I studied http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=11523, but change in core/projax_api.php doesnt work (adding global $g_...).

You started writing about IE8, I just realized that you also wrote about Firefox.
Does this also mean, that you are able to reproduce the problem with IE8 and Firefox ?

Yes, we can reproduce also in IE, Firefox, Opera.
