Deciding on which bug-tracking sw to use - any screenshots?

Hello all,
I hope you don't mind me crashing the party, but I've been looking for some bug tracking software (would you have guessed?!) and found Mantis.

I've been very impressed with the style of the website, the information offered, and the instructions. Also, this is clearly a very active project, which makes it a safer bet than some more well established alternatives.

Before I try it, could somebody point me to a public demo, or a couple of screenshots, if such things exist? A picture's worth a thousand words and all that.

Many thanks,
Andrew.

Why you don't use the bugreporting-database itself at http://bugs.mantisbt.org/main_page.php ?

Ah! A very cunning idea. Yes, that's just what I was looking for, thanks very much.

Yep, our live bugtracker is your best option for now. I would like to eventually add screen shots to the Source Forge project and the web site. These will allow you to see the screens that you don't have access to in the live bugtracker.

Volanteers are welcome!

Victor

I just switched from Bugzilla to Mantis about two weeks ago. Bugzilla was extremely difficult to customize the way that I wanted it and just 'looked' to technical for my users.

I wanted something clean and non-intrusive. I looked at 14 different products (some open source and some closed commercial), but none of them could come even close to what Mantis offers.

Without any explanation, my users were able to add bugs into the system without a problem. It's great!
