Hebrew Support On Mantis Bug trackeR???

Hello, i'm having a problem whit the Hebrew Characters on mi View Issues Page.
Mantis Version 1.0.1
MYSQL, tested on 4.0, 4.1 and 5
instead of see on the sumary column the hebrew characters i see this

Any solution???
