Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

Hi,
I have the stable version installed(1.0.1) and I have every thing setup, but when a user adds a new issue the admin account never gets notified via email. The only notifications I get are when the status of a issue changes.

I searched the forum and there was something similar, but it did not work for me. I am also running the backend DB on Postgresql(far superior to Mysql)

Yeah, the same problem here...

I've tried everything from the other posts on this board...

I (registered as Admin) don't receive a Mail when a new bug is added (no one gets a mail) (and that's a no-go as I can't look into Mantis every few minutes to look if a new bug is entered).

But I do get the mails whenever a status changed...

Using MySQL here, so the problem seems to be db-independend...

Can anyone help?

yes I Have the same problem. Also with mysql.
Would be very nice to have a solution!

yep, same here. mantis 1.0.5 on mysql.
