Hi All!
I've just one question how such problems are handled by you...
imagine the following situation:
you're using mantis bt on the customer site (the users on the customer system report issues to the it-department of the customer) and the connection between customer and your it department.
example:
customer: company abc
you: company xyz
user abc: report issue in mantisbt
it-dep. abc: analyse issue and forward it to 1st level support comp xyz
1st level support xyz: analyse it and fw 2 2nd level support comp xyz
2nd level support xyz: solves the issue and presents a solution to it-dep abc.
it-dep. abc: presents a solution to user abc.
up2 now it's not possible to customize such user groups and authorities (like user abc can only write; it-dep abc can only assign to 1st level xyz and user abc; ...)
how do you solve souch problems?
