Win2003 + php 5.0.4 + MSSQL2005 can't connect to database

Hi
I use Win2003 server + php 5.0.4 + MSSQL2005 and other php-sites work fine. When I try to connect to MSSQL, install.php tells me "No connection to database".
I found the line
MSSQL_CONNECT(...)
is this running with php 5.0.4 and MSSQL??
How can I use ODBC?
