Hi there anyone who can help me out with this problem.
I want to remove Permisions for developer that are,
1) Report an issue
2) Move an issue
3) Delete an issue
4) Reopen an issue
and I want to give Permisions for updater that are,
1) Report an issue
2) Move an issue
3) Delete an issue
4) Reopen an issue

hi ptnrnair,
well...all that u need to do is
1) logged in as 'administrator'
2) go to manage > manage configuration > workflow thresholds
and start selecting everythin that you wish to from the choices given....
