Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

We're looking for systems to manage parts of the software development lifecycle. Specifically, I'd like to ask what tools you use with Mantis for things like:

Project Management
Requirements Management
Change Management
Configuration Management
Test Plan Management
Issue Tracking

Right now, we use:

Project Management: BaseCamp: http://www.basecamp.com
Requirements: paper
Change: paper
Configuration Mgmt: Subversion: subversion.tigris.org
Test Plan: Paper
Issue Tracking: Mantis (of course!)

We really want to find some OS tools that we can roll with Mantis for Change Management and Req Mgmt.
