Basic Burndown chart and auto start/finish estimates

Hi,
I have been trying to get something very basic done, I don't need a full scrum plugin but it would certainly be a starting point, see the notes in http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=10586 .
If anyone is interested in being paid, and/or contributing to the costs of having a "plugin" built, can they post here.
