email notification for critical issue only

i want to customize mantis for

one user or one role with receive email on changed status "new and closed on critical issue only"

i tried to find any config for receive mail from severity and not found.

Any assistance or thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at page "My Account" -> "Preferences" where you can set the minimum severity to get email

Another question , i have many reporter and i want every reporter received mail when one of reporter has reported an issue.

but my system now , other reporter not receive email.

i think it has the way to customize it. but i'm forgot. T.T

Use "Manage" -> "Manage Configuration" -> "E-mail Configurations"
Row "Status Changes to new"
