Logout Error

After I logout from mantis it's showing an error
After I logout the system trying to redirect this page
http://....website...l/login_page.php?return=bug_report_page.php&error=1&username=&perm_login=0&secure_session=0
Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect.
Is there any one having similar issue then can you please help me to fix this
