mantis cookies ...and josso

I am trying to integrate mantis with a remote josso ( single sign on server )

My main quetion has to do with how mantis handles cookies. I need to know very indepth on what it is doing with cookies especially when auth_is_user_authenticated is called.

It seems that when working with josso and mantis there is a conflict with authorization but i'm having a hard time letting josso do the authorization because mantis overrides everything.

If anyone has alot of knowledge about mantis cookies let me know.
