Hello,

is it possible to auto monitor issues in these cases:
- each issues posted by anyone within particular project
- each issues assign to specific users and admin of project is not reporter of these issues.

What do you mean with monitoring? You can configure mantis such that it sends an email whenver something changes.
In addition there is a plugin which can send an email based upon status.
