cookies problem

Hi,
Is someone encountering this error message? -> "Your browser either =
doesn"t know how to handle cookies, or refuses to handle them."
I installed mantis on my own machine (Windows XP) and it works =
fine, but when i tried working it on another machine and login remotely I =
keep getting the above error. it works at http://localhost/mantis but =
not works at http://176.xxx.xxx.xx/mantis.Mantis version is 1.0.1
please help me regarding this
