Does it have a solution to give e.g. reporter access to add version in proget without having access to other progect properties?

Why do you want to do that?

Here we do not have a scédule for new version # but we use evrsion namming to get most possible standard number. We assumed that developpeur are able to add version where issue was resolved in product.

I integrated and customized this very Mantis bug tracker here at http://www.beunik.com/. With discussion here we add level QA between Developer and Manager. This is QA minimum access level who can alter a project values. But we would like to have possibility to let developper to add new version # To now in witch version they have resolved(fixed) an issue who will be verified by QA member and closed when this version is deploy.

Other things, is it posible to set theses fields as required?
"Product Version" and "Fixed in Version"
