Hello,

Which versions should I sequence to get from 1.1.8 to 1.2.8 without any problems?

Was thinking probably: 1.1.8 to 1.2.0, then some intervening versions, then 1.2.8...

I probably can't just jump to 1.2.8...

I tried Redmine and Jira etc, my brain still prefers Mantis, so need to pay it some attention and move it to new host...

Read doc/INSTALL chapter UPGRADING of your 1.2.8 download for the needed steps.

Can someone tell me where to find the doc/install document being referenced here ? What is the file name for the upgrade document?

Still the same, this is the name of the document.
Download MantisBT 1.2.8, unpack the download, read the file
