Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

The doc seems to indicate that config settings (I'm primarily interested in the Time_Keeping settings) are set during the install process. Is this the only time that they can be set? If they can be set after the fact, where can that be done? I saw the "Manage Configuration" page, but it wasn't clear what it could and could not do.
