Reporting an issue: pasting a screenshot

Hello
My users are currently testing a new sw-release and are reporting issues mostly as screenshots. It would be more convenient for them, if they could copy (ctrl+print the error message) and paste (ctrl+v) the screenshot into the mantis-report-field rather than saving the screenshot, and attaching it manually to the issue.
I have found an old thread about that, but installing something on every client is not feasable for us. --> http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=7053
Is there any solution for pasting a screenshot quickly into the issue?
