Severity values lost after upgrade

I just upgraded my Mantis from 1.2.1 to 1.2.11 and the first thing I've noticed is that the Severity field has changed from my custom values to "tweak, feature, text" etc.
Where were the original values stored (so I can retrieve from backup), where do they go now and are there any other areas that might have the same problem ?
I've already copied the config_inc.php file from the backup to the upgrade, but that doesn't help in this matter.
