Hi...How can I move my custom field on the Report Issue page to the top and change the order of the rest of the fields?

Also, what is the proper way to remove fields on this page?

Hello,

you have to change code to change the place of custom field

to not display field on report page, you have to edit the custom field configuration where you can choose when a custom field can be filled
