Plugin Holidays released

This plugin allows users to register that they are not available for a certain period or regardless of period.
Additionally a backup user must be defined who will be informed about all new/running issues ,in addition to the user on Holiday.
If a user who had defined he is not available, logs on to the system, he will receive a warning.
